I bought these as presents for the kids, and wish I'd bought more! These are perfect for ANY age if you like having a fun pizza night where everyone gets to make their own personal pizzas!!
Used these for our annual “ gingerbread house decorating and make your own pizza party “ Perfect! Everyone put their favorite toppings on, everyone thought their own was best!
We used these pans one time and so far I love them. I already own a large pizza stone, so at first I was reluctant to buy these because I thought, I'll just make one large pizza for the family to share. But I was wrong. When I did that my four year old wouldn't touch the pizza (when it was time to eat). So this time, I presented each boy (2 years and 4 years) with their individual pan with a ball of dough on it. They were so excited! I helped them to roll and stretch out the dough into their pans. (They loved sprinkling flour onto the dough so it wouldn't stick to the pin). Then I set out the toppings for them to create their own pizza, each item in a small bowl: sauce, shredded cheese, sausage, pepperoni, arugula. (I didn't have peppers or mushrooms otherwise those would have been an option). While the four year old was creating, he decided to try a slice of chicken sausage and then pepperoni. (He normally doesn't touch either one). He liked the sausage and so ate some more. Then, when the pizzas came out of the oven, the four year old actually ate his! So great! It really does make a difference when they participate in creating. Note: the two year old needed a great deal of assistance with creating his pizza.
The first thing my grandson said when opening his little hands pizza pans was " oh my gosh my own pans, they are my size nana" I love how happy it made him. They are not only the perfect size but they are sturdy and we'll made and clean up nicely. I love that he has his own kitchen gear and that we can make wonderful memories.
Ordered these for our grandkids who made homemade pizza with us here when they visited. The perfect size for them to make and they'll always remember us making pizzas together during their visit!!
